Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA: 2 to 5 business days
WA, NT, TAS and remote areas: up to 10 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary during busy periods.

Flat rate shipping: $15.95 per order, anywhere in Australia
Free standard shipping on orders over $300

Fragile Items
Every order is packed with care to make sure your pieces arrive safely. We use protective packaging designed specifically for fragile goods. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@onetwohouse.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we will make it right.

Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Keep an eye on your inbox for your dispatch confirmation — your tracking link will be included there.
